Lactobacilli, also known as lactic acid bacteria, support digestion, strengthen the protective function of the gut barrier and displace ‘bad’ bacteria such as harmful E. coli. The freshwater algae chlorella is rich in amino acids, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, and, together with beta-glucan from oats, promotes an active metabolism. The ingredients and their effects

• Chlorella pyrenoidosa (freshwater algae): This algae is a true superfood. It binds to harmful substances whilst providing a broad spectrum of essential amino acids and antioxidants that protect the body against oxidative stress.
• Probiotic bacterial blend: The lactobacilli it contains (L. casei, L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. bulgaricus) are the guardians of your gut health. They support digestion and strengthen the protective function of the gut lining.
• Beta-glucan (from oats): A valuable dietary fibre that not only keeps you feeling full for longer, but can also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and blood sugar.
• Polyporus umbellatus (oak polypore): This medicinal mushroom is known in traditional herbal medicine for its diuretic effect. It promotes lymphatic flow and supports the kidneys in excretion. 
• Coriander: A classic aid to digestion. It has an antispasmodic effect, stimulates the production of gastric juices and helps to relieve flatulence.
