How to use
- Pevaryl 10mg/g cream is applied thinly to the affected areas of skin twice a day, preferably in the morning and evening, and massaged in gently (for use on the skin).
- Before application, the affected skin areas should be thoroughly washed and carefully dried. To avoid further infection, wash your hands after application.
- The average duration of treatment is 2-5 weeks and the signs of the fungal infection usually disappear significantly within 4-5 days of starting treatment. Regular and sufficiently long application is particularly important for successful treatment, so treatment should be continued for around 3 - 4 weeks after the external signs of the disease (itching, redness, blistering, scaling of the skin) have subsided.
- Use in children and adolescents (up to 18 years) The safety and efficacy of use in these age groups has not been sufficiently proven.
- Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: econazole nitrate. 1 g cream contains: 10 mg econazole nitrate.
- The other ingredients are: Butylated hydroxyanisole (E-320), benzoic acid (E-210), PEG-6 (and) PEG-32 (and) glycol stearate, macrogol glycerol oleate, paraffin oil, purified water.
