OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC is a hypotonic, acid-free sports drink that supplies the body with minerals and energy before, during and after exercise. A sophisticated multi-carb concept consisting of carbohydrates with different glycaemic indices not only provides a constant supply of energy, but also counteracts energy-sapping fluctuations in blood sugar levels. The high quality of all the raw materials used ensures optimum absorption of the ingredients and supports the utilisation of energy at cellular level. The subtle flavour, even in high concentrations, and the very good tolerability make OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC your perfect training and competition companion.

In addition to the ideal carbohydrate composition, OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC also contains the main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, combined with magnesium and potassium, supports muscle function. Sodium efficiently supports hydration and, in combination with chloride and calcium, compensates for the loss of minerals caused by sweating.

Directions for use

Preparation: Stir 1 portion (60 g powder = 2 scoops) into 750 ml water.

Consumption recommendation:

Before intensive training or competition, one portion within the last 90 minutes before exercise.
During intensive training or competition, one serving every 45 minutes in combination with energy gels, depending on individual energy requirements.
The recommendation is an average guideline and varies depending on individual energy requirements and the intensity of the exercise.
In principle, OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC remains hypotonic at a dosage of up to 100g per 750ml of water.
