Directions for use
- Before intensive training or competition, one portion within the last 90 minutes before exercise.
- During intensive training or competition, one serving every 45 minutes in combination with energy gels, depending on individual energy requirements.
- The recommendation is an average guideline and varies depending on individual energy requirements and the intensity of the exercise.
- In principle, OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC remains hypotonic at a dosage of up to 100g per 750ml of water.
