Directions
- Before intensive training or competition, take one serving within the last 90 minutes before exercise.
- During intense training or competition, take one serving every 45 minutes in combination with energy gels, depending on individual energy requirements.
- This recommendation is an average guideline and may vary depending on individual energy requirements and the intensity of the activity.
- In general, OMNi-POWER® CARBOTONIC remains hypotonic at a dosage of up to 100g per 750ml of water.
