PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This particularly digestible and rich carbohydrate bar made from young oat flakes without industrial sugar supports the utilisation of physical and mental performance potential. In addition, this product increases reaction volume, the ability to concentrate and endurance performance. The oat flakes used are also used in the production of baby food, as they are far more digestible than conventional oat flakes.

Effect

As oat flakes make up the largest proportion of the raw product, eating a bar provides you with an optimum supply of carbohydrates and also has a low glycaemic index, which means that blood sugar only rises slowly and remains at a constant or slowly falling level for a long time. The glycaemic index of the added fruit is also very low.
