Dosage form
Directions for use
- Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN (= 2 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water 1-2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach if possible.
- If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN twice a day, it is recommended to take it before breakfast and before dinner.
- OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- If you are known to be intolerant to fructose, you should extend the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® WOMAN to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise their food (= fructo-oligosaccharides etc.) almost completely, so that at most individual molecules of these substances enter the intestine.
