Application

Neydharting healing moor suspended matter bath is added to the bath water. The water temperature should be around 36 to 38°C. Use ¼ litre of the suspended matter bath for a full bath. For partial applications such as sitting, hand or foot baths, smaller quantities are used accordingly (2 to 3 tablespoons per 10 litres of water). The bath should last 15 to 20 minutes. Do not shower after the bath, but keep warm and rest for 30 minutes if possible. For a cure, use every 48 hours.
