Indications

How to use

For adults and children aged 6 years and over, the recommended dose is one tablet per day.
Elderly patients aged 65 years and over: Provided kidney function is normal, no dose adjustment is necessary in elderly patients.
Use in children: The use of Levocetirizine Actavis film-coated tablets is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

How and when should Levocetirizine Actavis be taken?

Oral use.
Levocetirizine Actavis film-coated tablets should be taken whole with water. They can be taken with or without meals.

Ingredients

The active substance is: levocetirizine dihydrochloride.
Each film-coated tablet contains 5 mg levocetirizine dihydrochloride (equivalent to 4.2 mg levocetirizine).
The other ingredients are: Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate (tablet core) and hypromellose (E 464), titanium dioxide (E 171) and macrogol 400 (tablet coating).
