Kottas green tea activates body and mind. Is an organic green tea speciality of the Bancha variety from the southern growing regions of Japan, containing caffeine.

Packed in 20 double-chamber filter bags of 1.9 g, dosed ready for use, protected in terms of ingredients and flavour.

Bancha (Japanese, ban [=ordinary] and cha [=tea]) is a very popular green tea from Japan and is rich in natural antioxidants. This tea speciality is enjoyed around the clock in everyday life and is highly valued for its fine aroma and mild flavour. KOTTAS Bancha green tea is made from the leaves of the high-quality first bancha harvest (Ato-Bancha) in June. Bancha is characterised by a low caffeine content and is therefore very digestible.

How to use

For optimum flavour development, pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and leave to infuse for 1 1/2 minutes. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze well. Drink lukewarm, in sips. The filter bag can be used again for a second infusion (infusion time 30 seconds).
TIP: The first infusion contains all the important ingredients of the green tea and therefore has a particularly intense flavour. The second infusion is low in tannins and caffeine and therefore has a mild flavour. Enjoy a cup of tea several times a day and feel the power of nature!
