Directions for use

Adults and children aged 6 years and over should take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Children aged 3–5 years should take this under parental supervision: empty the contents of 1 capsule once daily into a meal, yoghurt, etc., and mix well to dissolve the powder. Do not add to hot food or drinks. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Once opened, store in the fridge to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Warning: Consult a doctor before taking this product if a baby or child develops a fever, is vomiting, has bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop taking this product and consult a doctor if symptoms of digestive problems (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen or persist for more than 3 days. This product is not recommended for use in cases of compromised immunity (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). Before first opening, store at 15–25 °C and out of the reach of children. Once opened, store in the fridge. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. The best-before date is shown on the packaging.
