Prebiotics are food components that cannot be digested by humans and are broken down by intestinal bacteria in the large intestine. In short, prebiotics are the food of probiotics. A sufficient proportion of prebiotics in the diet promotes the growth and multiplication of probiotics and thus gives probiotics a competitive advantage over other microorganisms.

Dosage form
Directions for use
- Take 3 g daily (= 1 measuring spoon) on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before eating. Mix the powder with 200 ml lukewarm water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
- Tip: The powder dissolves best when lukewarm water is used and poured into the glass with the powder.
