How to use

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid on an empty stomach. Capsules should not be opened.

Ingredients

Ingredients: L-lysine hydrochloride, bulking agent: maize starch, rose hip extract, zinc citrate, HPMC capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
