Dr Böhm® Gelenks complex film-coated tablets are a dietary supplement to support cartilage, bones and intervertebral discs! Manganese ensures normal bone function, vitamin C ensures normal cartilage function plus 5 joint components.

How to use

During the first two weeks, 1 tablet should be taken twice a day unchewed with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal. Thereafter, 1-2 tablets can be taken daily as required for a longer period of time to ensure a continuous supply of nutrients. We recommend taking them over a period of at least 3 months.
