Directions for use
- For the first two months, take one tablet twice daily (morning and evening) without chewing, with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal.
- After two months, for long-term use, 1–2 tablets may be taken daily as required. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Notes: Do not take if you have low blood pressure.
