The electrolyte balance is dependent on magnesium, so this bulk element ensures the normal function of energy metabolism, the nervous system, cell division and protein synthesis.
Normal muscle function and normal psychological functions* are attributable to magnesium and it ensures the maintenance of bones and teeth.
Magnesium and calcium in chelated form can be taken together and do NOT interfere with each other's absorption.
*This refers to mental functions that are necessary for the learning process. This includes motivation, perception, thinking, memory or the will to complete tasks.
