Dr W. Gruber's® Magnesium Combination Chelate Tablets are a dietary supplement with magnesium, manganese and vitamin B12. These nutrients support essential processes in the body.

• The electrolyte balance is dependent on magnesium, so this bulk element ensures the normal function of the nervous system, cell division and protein synthesis and, combined with manganese, plays an important role in energy metabolism.
• Magnesium is responsible for normal muscle function and normal psychological functions*. In combination with manganese, it ensures the maintenance of bones and teeth.
• Magnesium has a positive effect on reducing tiredness and fatigue.
• Manganese acts as an antioxidant and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Manganese also contributes to normal connective tissue formation.
• Magnesium and calcium in chelated form can be taken together and do not interfere with each other's absorption.
