Dr W. Gruber’s® Magnesium Combination Chelate Tablets are a dietary supplement containing magnesium, manganese and vitamin B12. These nutrients support essential processes in the body.
- Electrolyte balance depends on magnesium; therefore, this macromineral ensures the normal functioning of the nervous system, cell division and protein synthesis, and, in combination with manganese, plays an important role in energy metabolism.
- Normal muscle function and normal psychological functions* are attributable to magnesium. In combination with manganese, it helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.
- Magnesium has a positive effect on reducing tiredness and fatigue.
- Manganese acts as an antioxidant and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Manganese also contributes to normal connective tissue formation.
- Magnesium and calcium in chelated form can be taken together and do not interfere with each other’s absorption.
