Hair is regarded as an expression of natural beauty. Its composition follows a sophisticated structure, which gives the hair strength, resilience and shine. At the centre is the hair root, deeply anchored in the scalp. This is where the hair is formed: new cells mature and are pushed outwards through the follicle. The visible part, the hair shaft, consists of two layers:

• The fibre layer (cortex) – gives the hair its strength and determines its shape. This is where the pigments that determine its colour are found.
• The cuticle – is the outer layer and consists of cells that overlap like shingles on a roof. It makes the hair resilient and gives it shine.

Directions for use

• Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, whole, with a little liquid, preferably with or after a meal.
• Notes: A course of treatment lasting 3 months is recommended.
