How to use

• Adults take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water).
• Advice: The intake of other food supplements containing vitamin D should be avoided. For long-term use, the vitamin D level in the blood should be checked. Not suitable for children and adolescents.

Ingredients

• Ingredients: Maltodextrin; bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agents hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt; anti-caking agents silicon dioxide, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; zinc oxide; colouring agent calcium carbonate; vegetable oils (coconut, palm kernel); sodium selenate, vitamin D3.
