MAVAMed is a medical device for the treatment of fungal infections of the nails (onychomycosis). It is characterised by its unique formula with "Instant Killer" complex, which kills the fungus in seconds and prevents it from spreading to other nails.

Onychomycosis is a disease of the nail caused by microscopic fungi. They multiply in a moist, warm and dark environment (such as shoes) and feed on keratin, the main component of the nail. They can lead to discolouration (whitish, yellowish), hardening, splitting or detachment of the nail (onycholysis).

This fungal infection is contagious and certain conditions can increase the risk of infection: damaged nails, excessive sweating, feet locked in poorly ventilated shoes, sports practised in swimming pools or barefoot, etc.

MAVAMed solution for fungal nails is a medical device for the treatment of fungal infections of the nails (onychomycosis). Its "instant killer" complex stops the growth of the fungus in seconds, preventing it from spreading to other nails and the brush. It consists of a mixture of essential oils - lavandin, eucalyptus - and lactic acid (lowers the pH of the nail to create an unfavourable environment for fungal infections) and urea (allows the active ingredients to penetrate the horny plate better).

This product also acts as a physical barrier that prevents the spread of fungal infections. This product is intended for external use only and for application to the nail plate.

How to use

• Before applying MAVAMed Nail Fungus Solution, remove the old nail polish and wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Brush the product on twice a day (morning and evening), this will form a colourless film on the infected nail. Allow to air dry for a short period of time. To be even more effective, cover the treated nail with a plaster before wearing socks and shoes. It is important to continue using MAVAMed Nail Fungus Solution until the infection is completely cured and a healthy nail has grown back. This can take several months (remember, a toenail grows back completely in 9 to 12 months. However, if you do not see any improvement in your nail after 3 months of use, you should consult a doctor for advice.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use this product. Do not use AVAMed in case of hypersensitivity to one or more of these ingredients. Side effects may occur in exceptional cases: Erythema, irritation, oedema, pain, nail discolouration and onycholoysis.
