tetesept Omega3 1000 makes a valuable contribution to a heart-healthy diet. With its antioxidant effect, vitamin E supports the breakdown of free radicals and thus helps to keep blood vessels and cells healthy.we often consume an unbalanced ratio of saturated and unsaturated fats in our diet. A balanced ratio of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids is important for cardiovascular health.

The valuable and polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA are often inadequately absorbed with the daily diet in the case of an unbalanced diet. Our body can only produce small amounts of these itself. It is therefore important to ensure a regular and sufficient intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids from animal (e.g. cold-water fish such as salmon) or plant sources. Just one capsule a day provides the body with heart-healthy nutrients.

Active ingredients

Vitamin E: "Vitamin E" refers to a group of eight related, fat-soluble molecules. Of all these molecules, "alpha-tocopherol" has the highest biological activity. The vitamin E content of foods is often expressed in "alpha-tocopherol equivalents" (alpha-TE). This term was introduced to take account of the differences in biological activity of the various forms of vitamin E (1 mg alpha-tocopherol = 1 alpha-TE).
Omega-3 fatty acids: Omega-3 fatty acids make an important contribution to a heart-healthy diet and actively support the natural balance of blood lipid levels (e.g. triglycerides).
Salmon oil: Salmon oil has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids and makes a valuable contribution to a heart-healthy diet.
