Directions
- Take 1 tablet unchewed with sufficient liquid in the evening before going to bed.
- In case of jet lag: Take 1 tablet on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and 1 tablet on the first days after arriving at your destination. Please follow the recommended intake to ensure a positive effect. For adults.
