The spray format allows for flexible dosing: simply spray 4 to 6 sprays (1 mg to 1.5 mg of melatonin) directly into your mouth 30 minutes before going to bed. WICK ZzzQuil® Good Night Spray has a lavender and orange flavour; it is made without sugar or alcohol and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Furthermore, WICK ZzzQuil® Good Night Spray is free from artificial flavours, colourings, gluten and lactose. As melatonin taken shortly before bedtime is broken down by the body whilst you sleep, the spray does not cause any habituation or drowsiness the following day. Simply use it as and when needed and stop using it once your sleep pattern has returned to normal.

* Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed. ** Spray directly into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed. *** Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective symptoms of jet lag. Directions for use

Spray 4–6 sprays (1 mg – 1.5 mg melatonin) into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed to ensure at least 6 hours’ sleep. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Keep the outer carton for the full warnings and instructions.
Notes: People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have medical conditions or are taking other sleep aids, or who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, should consult their doctor before taking this product. When Do not operate or drive machinery whilst taking melatonin. Avoid taking this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
