Dosage form
How to use
- Take one soft gum 30 minutes before going to bed and allow at least 6 hours sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- For adults aged 18 and over.
- People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have chronic illnesses or are taking other sleeping pills, are pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding should consult their doctor before taking this product.
- Do not drive or operate machinery while taking melatonin. Do not consume alcohol when taking this product.
- Avoid taking it if you are sensitive to the ingredients.
