*Melatonin helps:

• Reducing the time taken to fall asleep: The beneficial effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.
• To alleviate the subjective symptoms of jet lag: The beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel, as well as on the first few days after arrival at your destination.

Directions for use

• *To reduce the time taken to fall asleep: Adults: Allow 1 mg of melatonin (1 strip) to dissolve on the tongue once daily, shortly before going to bed.
• *Anti-jet lag: Take one strip shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arriving at your destination.
