Directions
- Consume the contents of one stick once in the evening before going to bed. Please adhere to the recommended dosage to ensure that the positive effects of melatonin are realised.
- For jet lag: Take 1 stick on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and 1 stick on the first few days after arriving at your destination.
- Advice: Please do not take any other preparations containing melatonin. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
