Directions for use
- Take the contents of one stick once in the evening before going to bed. Please follow the recommended dosage to ensure that the beneficial effects of melatonin take effect.
- For jet lag: Take 1 stick shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel, and 1 stick on each of the first few days after arriving at your destination.
- Notes: Please do not take any other melatonin-containing products. May have a laxative effect if taken in excess.
