Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that the human body cannot produce itself and must therefore obtain in sufficient quantities from food. The main sources of vitamin B12 in our diet are animal foods, e.g. muscle meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. Plant foods, on the other hand, only contain small amounts of this vital vitamin.

We have used the biologically active coenzyme of B12 in the form of methylcobalamin for our drops.
