Vitamin D3 is of great importance for calcium metabolism and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. In combination with vitamin K2, the sun vitamin can optimise its effect, as both vitamins are important for the incorporation of calcium into bone tissue. Vitamin D3 also supports our defences and muscle function, while vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting. The fat-soluble vitamin duo in the practical pipette bottle is dissolved in coconut oil and is therefore perfectly absorbed.
