A balanced ratio of acids and bases in your body is one of the most important factors for your well-being - because only then can your metabolism function properly. Certain lifestyle factors and dietary habits - such as consuming a lot of meat, alcohol and sugar, but also stress or intensive sports training - can lead to an imbalance in the metabolism and thus put a strain on the body. In addition to the trace element zinc, which is important for acid-base metabolism, our alkalising preparation also contains important minerals such as magnesium and potassium. Alkaline powder for your electrolyte balance
