- The varnish base of Kitolac consists of hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCH). This substance is similar to our nail keratin. The HPCH transports the active ingredients deep into the nail plate.
- The active ingredients sulphur (MSM) and silicic acid (silicon) unfold their effect deep in the nail - exactly where they are needed.
- HPCH also bonds with the nail keratin and replenishes brittle and porous nails.
- The hydroxypropyl chitosan forms an invisible film on the nail. This film protects the nails externally and prevents them from losing water and drying out.
- Silicic acid is an important mineral for our nails.
- The silicon contained in silica mineralises and stabilises the stressed nail structure.
- The silicic acid in Kitolac nail polish is obtained from plant horsetail extract. The natural medicinal plant horsetail contains around 10 per cent silicic acid in its green leaves.
- Every healthy nail plate consists of 2.5 per cent sulphur.
- The methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) in Kitolac strengthens the nail plate and ensures high elasticity.
- MSM is a naturally occurring form of sulphur. This is absorbed by the nail keratin and strengthens the nail.

How to use
- Apply a thin layer of Kitolac nail polish to the clean nail surface before going to bed.
- Wait briefly until the nail-friendly polish has dried.
- Kitolac forms an invisible protective film on your nails.
- The active ingredients penetrate deep into the nail overnight.
- The next morning, simply wash off the polish residue with water.
- You do not need nail polish remover to remove excess polish.
- The appearance of the affected nails improves within a few weeks.
