The eight B vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), B5 (pantothenic acid), biotin, folic acid (folate), B3 (niacin) are summarised as the "vitamin B complex" and complement each other in their functions.
