- Vitamin K2 also helps maintain normal bones. This vitamin is one of the most important partners of vitamin D3 in terms ofbone metabolism, which is why the two vitamins should be taken together. Vitamin K can be obtained from food in the form of vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), which is mainly found in the leaves of various green plants. Alternatively, the vitamin is produced in the form of vitamin K2 (menaquinone) by microorganisms in the gut.

- The recommended dose is 1 pump press once a day.

- Notes: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The two fat-soluble vitamins, D3 and K2, are dissolved in maize germ oil to aid absorption. The solution can be taken with or without meals. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use in children under one year of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in people taking blood-thinning medication, particularly vitamin K antagonists.
