Magnesium as organically bound magnesium glycinate is characterised by its particularly good tolerability. For sensitive people, magnesium glycinate therefore represents a genuine and above all gentle alternative to other magnesium compounds. Athletes benefit from the so-called "chelated form", especially during strenuous training sessions, as it is utilised particularly effectively by the body.

Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in our bones and teeth. However, magnesium is also in demand when the nervous system or the psyche are challenged.
