How to use

• The product can be taken by children from 3 years of age.
• One vial (10 ml) can be administered once a day.
• The maximum recommended daily dose (1 vial) contains up to 6000 million CFU* of live lactic acid bacteria.
• The liquid can be taken directly or diluted in water or other cold or lukewarm drinks. Do not mix the liquid with hot drinks. Shake very well before use.

Instructions for use:

1. Screw the white cap tightly clockwise until it "clicks" and the white plastic ring breaks open. Then screw the cap further clockwise until the cap can no longer be turned any further. This opens the upper part of the inside of the cap, which contains the lactic acid bacteria.
2. The lactic acid bacteria now enter the bottle from the reservoir. Shake the closed bottle very well so that the lactic acid bacteria mix evenly with the solution.
3. Unscrew the white cap anti-clockwise, remove it and the product can now be consumed.
