- Cistus incanus - the grey-haired rockrose - is one of the most polyphenol-rich plants in Europe. The internal and external use of the plant in the form of teas or infusions has been known since ancient times. Cistus incanus contains valuable secondary plant substances - so-called polyphenols - in exceptionally large quantities. These natural substances are obtained by gentle extraction from the herb of the grey-haired rockrose and are contained in influmed® in a high concentration and standardised form.
- Elderberry: Of all the local fruits, elderberries have the highest content of anthocyanins, which form the purple colouring of the fruit. These anthocyanins are natural antioxidants.
- Vitamin C supports the body's own defence system and makes an important contribution to protecting the cells from attacks by free radicals (oxidative stress). Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intensive physical activity. Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
- Zinc - an essential trace element - is involved in around 200 metabolic processes in our body. Zinc has a regulatory function in cell division and contributes to the normal function of the immune system and cell protection. Bioavailability: The zinc in influmed® Cistus Immune Juice is present as zinc citrate and, as an organic compound, can be absorbed particularly well by the body and optimally utilised.
Dosage form
Directions
- Adults: 10-20ml once a day
- Children from 4-7 years of age: 5-10ml once a day
- Children aged 2-3 years: maximum 5ml daily
- Notes: The juice can be diluted with water as desired. Shake well before use. Once opened, keep tightly closed in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.
