HYALO4 Adhesive from fidia is an innovative and sterile foam dressing with gentle silicone adhesion for gentle wound treatment. Ideal for chronic and acute wounds.

HYALO4 Silicone Adhesive, rimless foam dressing is sterile and intended for the healing of chronic and acute wounds with moderate to high exudation rates. The outer layer of the dressing consists of a pink-coloured, water-resistant, low-friction polyurethane film that forms a bacterial barrier. The perforated silicone adhesive layer, which comes into contact with the wound, allows exudate to be absorbed and prevents maceration of the skin due to excess fluid. It also prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound and reduces pain during dressing changes by preventing the formation of granulation tissue in the pores of the foam, thereby reducing trauma when the dressing is removed.

The HYALO4 rimless silicone adhesive foam dressing is suitable for use under a compression bandage and can be left in place for up to 7 days depending on the patient's condition and degree of exudation.

Application

The Hyalo4 silicone adhesive foam dressing without edge can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on the patient's condition and the degree of exudation. More frequent dressing changes or good wound care may be required at the beginning.
Instructions: Do not use HYALO4 Silicone Adhesive Non-Border Foam Dressing if you suffer from hypersensitivity to polyurethane films, foams and silicone. Do not use with oxidising solutions such as hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide as this may damage the absorbent polyurethane component of the cover. Not intended for surgical implantation.
