Bepanthen® Eye and Nose Ointment is suitable for use on the eyes and nose: it effectively supports the natural healing process in the case of sore nasal mucosa and dry, cracked nasal mucosa and ensures lasting regeneration. In the eye, it has a healing effect on superficial damage to the conjunctiva and cornea.
The active ingredient dexpanthenol
Bepanthen® Eye and Nose Ointment contains the active ingredient dexpanthenol.
Dexpanthenol promotes the healing process of the skin in a natural way. Applying the ointment supports the regeneration of damaged skin and promotes faster healing.
Bepanthen® Eye and Nose Ointment contains no colourings, fragrances or preservatives.
Its active ingredient dexpanthenol, which is naturally present in the skin, penetrates the skin and accelerates cell regeneration. The skin's natural protective barrier is rebuilt and regains its functionality.

How to use
- Unless otherwise prescribed, apply Bepanthen® Eye and Nose Ointment several times a day as an approx. 1 cm strand of ointment in the conjunctival sac or on the nasal mucosa (less for infants and small children).
- Treatment with the ointment should be continued until all symptoms have subsided.

The other ingredients are: rac-(3R)-3-hydroxy-4,4-dimethyloxolan-2-one; lanolin; viscous paraffin; white vaseline, water for injection.
