anatis Vitamin B Complex Capsules is a food supplement combination consisting of 8 B vitamins. The vitamin B complex is made from quinoa seedlings.

Quinoa seedlings are grown in water enriched with vitamin B complex and incorporate the valuable nutrients into their plant structure. The result is a plant-based source of vitamin B, tasty and particularly bioavailable, as the plant also produces the co-factors that are important for absorption in the body. The ground quinoa seedlings are pulverised and encapsulated as a natural food supplement. However, the capsule contents can also be stirred into yoghurt or sprinkled on salad to reliably cover the daily requirement of the entire vitamin B spectrum.

The vitamin B complex from quinoa covers the increased requirement (120%) in the daily dose of two capsules and offers a complete supply of all eight B vitamins:
