anatis Chlorella Presslinge is a food supplement with freshwater algae (Chlorella vulgaris) from a closed cultivation system.

Of all plants, Chlorella vulgaris, a freshwater algae, contains the most chlorophyll, from which it takes its name. As chlorella has a strong affinity for heavy metals, it is cultivated indoors in closed systems according to organic guidelines. The microalgae chlorella grows in a long glass tube system. This ensures that it is optimally supplied with sunlight. There are no "dark zones", such as in the deeper layers of pond systems. In addition, contamination from outside can be excluded. Pollutants such as pesticides and heavy metals cannot be introduced via the atmosphere.

Hygienically questionable contamination by water birds, insects, bacteria, fungi and, above all, toxin-forming blue-green algae do not play a role. The harvested chlorella algae powder does not need to be sterilised or partially sterilised and can be consumed directly or further processed after the gentle drying process.
