WICK 200 mg/15 ml Cough Relief Syrup is a medicinal product containing the active substance: guaifenesin, to facilitate coughing up phlegm. For the symptomatic treatment of coughs with persistent, thick mucus in adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over.

How to use
- The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over is 15 ml 3 - 4 times a day (as marked on the measuring cup).
- Ensure sufficient fluid intake during treatment with WICK 200 mg/15 ml cough syrup.
- Use in children and adolescents under 14 years of age: As no experience is available and due to safety concerns because of the alcohol content, this medicine must not be used in children and adolescents under 14 years of age.
- Route of administration: For oral use, shake before use, press down the child-resistant cap to open and turn in the direction of the arrow. Rinse out the measuring cup after use.
- Duration of use: Self-treatment with WICK 200 mg/15 ml cough syrup should be limited to 3-5 days. If there is still no significant improvement in coughing up phlegm or if the cough persists, consult a doctor, as a more serious illness may be present.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: guaifenesin. 15 ml contain 200 mg guaifenesin.
- The other ingredients are: Sucrose, ethanol 96%, sodium benzoate (E 211), saccharin sodium, polyethylene oxide, carmellose sodium, sodium citrate dihydrate, anhydrous citric acid, macrogol stearate, propylene glycol, levomenthol, honey-ginger flavouring, verveine flavouring, purified water.
