Rhinospray® Plus essential oils - nasal spray, 10 ML

Rhinospray® Plus essential oils - nasal spray is an over-the-counter medicine containing the active ingredient: tramazoline hydrochloride, combined with essential oils. This active ingredient reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa in the event of a cold.

Rhinospray plus contains tramazoline hydrochloride as the active medical ingredient. This active ingredient reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa in the event of a cold. Shortly after spraying into the nose, the blocked airways are cleared again. Essential oils intensify the feeling of free nasal breathing. The effect is rapid and lasts for several hours.

• Rhinospray plus is used to decongest mucous membranes in acute allergic or non-allergic rhinitis.

The fine dispenser produces a fine, dense spray mist. It also moistens hidden mucous membrane bays in the nose and penetrates to the mouths of the sinuses. If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor.

Rhinospray® Plus is a decongestant nasal spray with the unique combination of the active ingredient tramazoline, essential oils (eucalyptol, menthol and camphor) and caring additives.

Areas of application & properties

• Rhinospray plus is effective for acute allergic or non-allergic rhinitis.
• The ingredients cause the mucous membrane to swell, allowing you to breathe freely.
• Rhinospray plus can be used by adults, adolescents and children from the age of 6.

Directions for use

Adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age: Spray one puff into each nostril up to 4 times a day as required.

Infants, toddlers and children under 6 years of age: Rhinospray plus is only suitable for use in adults, adolescents and children aged 6 years and over.

Duration of use: Due to the risk of damage to the nasal mucosa, this medicine must not be used for longer than 7 days (see section 'Warnings and precautions'). A break of at least 10 days must be observed before a new treatment.

Method of application:

Rhinospray plus is intended for spraying into the nose (for nasal application). The following points must be observed before each application:

1. Clean your nose carefully before using Rhinospray plus. Remove the transparent protective cap before use. Actuate the fine dosing device several times before the first application until a uniform spray mist emerges. Make sure that the spray mist does not get into the eyes!
2. If used again within one day, the fine dosage dispenser is immediately ready for use. After a longer period of non-use, you should actuate the nasal spray once or twice again to ensure an even spray mist.
3. Close one nostril with your finger and insert the spray head into the other nostril. Actuate the fine dosing device once. Breathe in gently through your nose while spraying. Then repeat the process in the other nostril.
4. The spray head should be cleaned after use. Replace the protective cap after using the fine dosing device.
