Directions
- 3 x daily 1-2 capsules with each meal with plenty of liquid, unless otherwise recommended. Do not open the capsule as the powder should only be taken encapsulated.
- Notes: NOT suitable for people taking H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors, as these block stomach acid production, or if there is a suspicion of stomach and duodenal ulcers. NOT suitable for people who are allergic to products derived from pigs. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medication should only take food supplements after consulting a doctor.
