Imupret Coated Tablets is a traditional herbal medicinal product for use at the first signs of and during a cold, e.g. scratchy throat, sore throat, difficulty swallowing or irritated cough.

This medicinal product is a traditional herbal medicinal product registered for the indication exclusively on the basis of many years of use. The patient should consult a doctor or healthcare professional if symptoms persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the instructions for use occur. This medicinal product is used in children from 6 years of age, adolescents and adults.

Directions for use

Children aged 6-11 years:

Dosage for acute symptoms: 1 coated tablet 5 - 6 times daily.
Dosage after the acute symptoms have subsided: 1 coated tablet 3 times a day.

Adolescents from 12 years and adults:

Dosage for acute symptoms: 2 coated tablets 5 - 6 times daily.
Dosage after the acute symptoms have subsided: 2 coated tablets 3 times a day.

Route of administration: Oral use: The coated tablets should be swallowed whole, preferably with a little liquid (e.g. a glass of water).

Duration of use: Imupret Dragees should not be taken for more than 2 weeks at a time. If you do not feel better or even worse after 7 days, consult your doctor

Ingredients

The active ingredient(s) is (are): 1 coated tablet contains: marshmallow root, powdered 8 mg, oak bark, powdered 4 mg, camomile flowers, powdered 6 mg, dandelion herb, powdered 4 mg, horsetail herb, powdered 10 mg, yarrow herb, powdered 4 mg, walnut leaves, powdered 12 mg.
The other ingredients are: Tablet core: glucose monohydrate; lactose monohydrate; maize starch; potato starch; silicon dioxide, highly dispersed; stearic acid. Coating: calcium carbonate; castor oil, virgin; dextrin; glucose syrup; indigotine (E132); maize starch; montan glycol wax; povidone K25; povidone K30; sucrose; shellac (wax-free); silicon dioxide, highly dispersed; talc; titanium dioxide (E171).
