The food supplement SymbioLife® Blood Sugar combines the active bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis DSM 32315 with chromium and zinc as well as important vitamins and selected plant extracts to support normal blood sugar levels*.

Glucose tolerance is the body's ability to regulate blood sugar levels. Chromium is a component of the glucose tolerance factor. It activates the insulin receptors to which the insulin binds in order to ensure the uptake of sugar into the cells, thus lowering the blood sugar level.

A chromium deficiency leads to a reduction in glucose tolerance and impaired glucose utilisation. The readily bioavailable chromium picolinate in SymbioLife® Blood Sugar enables good chromium absorption in the body.

Bacillus subtilis DSM 32315 is a special strain of bacteria from the Bacillus family that occurs naturally in the environment and in the human intestinal flora.

• The mineral chromium has many important functions in the body, including playing an important role in regulating blood sugar levels and supporting the metabolism. A chromium deficiency, for example, can lead to a disruption in glucose utilisation.

• Take 2 capsules a day unchewed with a glass of water.
• Advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Do not exceed a daily dose of 800 mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Keep out of the reach of young children.
