The aromatic scent of spruce revitalises the muscles. Spruce has a liberating effect on the respiratory tract in the case of flu-like infections and is helpful for tension and cold symptoms. Particularly beneficial for fatigue. Not suitable for baby care. No unpleasant residues in the bath. Complies with the strict criteria of controlled natural cosmetics. How to use

• For a full bath, add 15-20 ml to the bath water at approx. 37 °C. Recommended bathing time 15 minutes. 100 ml is sufficient for 5 to 6 full baths. A rest period is recommended after the bath. Add a few drops to the water for washing.
• Tip: After the bath, apply ARYA LAYA body oil or body lotion to slightly damp skin.
• The herbal bath can also be used as a sauna infusion: Add max. 1 tablespoon to approx. 5 litres of scooping water. Please do not use undiluted on the stones! The soothing effect also unfolds with a chest compress or with a foot bath in a bowl of hot water (max. 40 degrees). A few drops mixed in water are sufficient for this.
