Sidroga Poplar Tea is a traditional herbal medicinal product indicated for use in cases of irritation of the mucous membranes in the mouth, throat and gastrointestinal tract, as well as for dry coughs.
This medicine is a traditional herbal medicine registered solely on the basis of its long-standing use for the indicated conditions.

Directions for use
- For gargling after preparing a tea infusion.
- For irritation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat: Use as a gargle after preparing an infusion. Preparation: Pour approx. 150ml of boiling water over 1 Sidroga poplar tea filter bag. Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, remove the filter bag, gently squeeze out any excess liquid and use the lukewarm tea to gargle.
- For irritation of the mucous membranes in the gastrointestinal tract and for a dry cough: Drink after preparing a cup of tea. Preparation: Pour approx. 150 ml of boiling water over 1 Sidroga cheese poplar tea filter bag. Leave to infuse, covered, for 10 minutes, then remove the filter bag, squeeze gently and drink.
Dosage:
- For irritation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat: Adults, adolescents and children aged 6 years and over should gargle 3 to 4 times a day.
- For irritation of the mucous membranes in the gastrointestinal tract and for a dry cough: Adults, adolescents and children aged 6 and over should drink 1 cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day. Children aged 2 to 6 should drink 1 cup of tea 1 to 2 times a day.
