Seewald Ortho Livox PhytoKomplex capsules are a food supplement containing a balanced PhytoKomplex with high-quality turmeric and extracts of artichoke, milk thistle and wormwood.
Milk thistle is traditionally known for its beneficial effects on the liver. There is evidence to suggest that curcumin (from turmeric) has positive properties in relation to digestion and liver function, and also stimulates bile production.

Livox PhytoKomplex contains high-quality, gently extracted extracts from artichoke, milk thistle and wormwood, combined with high-quality turmeric powder. Like milk thistle, turmeric is known to support normal liver function.
Artichokes (Cynara cardunculus) contain many valuable bitter compounds, in particular the better-known cynarin, and are also rich in flavonoids, sesquiterpene lactones and coffeeoylquinic acids.
Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) contains high concentrations of bitter compounds from the sesquiterpene lactone group, notably absinthin. Natural essential oils containing compounds such as thujone, isothujone and chamazulene are also found in wormwood.
