Product information "Santen Cationorm® SD sine eye drops 0.4 ml"
Cationorm® SD sine eye drops are recommended to relieve symptoms of dry eyes, such as stinging, itching or burning eyes or the sensation of foreign bodies (sand or dust) in the eyes.
Cationorm® SD sine is a sterile hypotonic unpreserved eye drop emulsion in the form of a milky solution.
Cationorm® SD sine supports all three layers of the tear film and thus contributes to long-lasting wetting and moisturising of the ocular surface as well as protecting the tear film from excessive evaporation. Cationorm® SD sine is recommended for relieving symptoms of dry eyes, such as stinging, itching or burning eyes or a foreign body sensation (sand or dust sensation) in the eyes. These symptoms can be caused by external factors such as air conditioning, wind, air pollution, smoke, dust, travelling by plane, screen work, wearing contact lenses, refractive corneal surgery (vision correction by laser eye treatment) or also by a malfunction of the meibomian glands (lipid deficiency or incorrect lipid composition in the tear film).
