Traumaplant Ointment is a herbal ointment preparation and contains a cultivated comfrey extract.

The medicinal comfrey contained in Traumaplant Ointment has a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effect and has proven itself for the external treatment of blunt injuries, bruises, back, muscle and joint pain. Thanks to the special complex of active ingredients, Traumaplant Ointment also has wound-healing and tissue-regenerating properties and therefore not only relieves pain, but also supports the healing of accompanying open abrasions.

Traumaplant ointment is a purely herbal pain relief ointment with the high-dose active ingredient from medicinal comfrey (Symphytum x uplandicum) for

• Back pain
• Bruises and sprains
• Muscle and joint pain
• Sports and accident injuries
• open abrasions

If you do not feel better or even worse after 3 - 4 days, consult your doctor.

How to use

• For use on the skin (externally).
• Apply Traumaplant Ointment once or several times a day to the skin over the affected tissue or to the cleaned abrasion;particularly suitable for ointment dressings .
• Do not use for longer than 8 weeks per year.If you do not feel better or even worse after 3-4 days, consult your doctor.
• Use in children: As there is insufficient data available, use in children under 6 years of age is not recommended.

Ingredients

• The active ingredient is: Herba symphyti x uplandici herba extract: 100 g ointment contains 10 g extract of fresh herba symphyti x uplandici herba, recens, drug-extract ratio (2-3:1) consisting of: 4 g of pressed juice from fresh herb of the cultivated fumewort (ratio of medicinal plant to pressed juice 3-8:1) and 6 g of liquid extract from the pressed residue (ratio of medicinal plant to liquid extract 3-10:1), extractant ethanol 30 % V/V.
• The other ingredients are:macrogol glycerol stearate, glycerol monostearate 40-55, 2-octyldodecanol , isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, silicone oil, purified water, rosemaryessential oil, citric acid, α-tocopherol acetate, sorbic acid, hydroxyethyl salicylate.
