A cream containing active ingredients such as 10% urea, ceramides and allantoin, which provide an intensive keratolytic and moisturising effect. It cares for cracked and chapped heels with thickened, pale, dry and extremely rough patches. It also has a regenerating effect and promotes the skin’s natural renewal. Ideal for thickened skin, calluses and fissures.

Active ingredients
- Urea 10%: Smoothes the skin and promotes the process of cell renewal.
- Ceramides: Strengthen the skin barrier
- Allantoin: Soothes and moisturises.
- Shea butter: Intensively moisturising.
- Vitamin E: Has an antioxidant effect.
- UREA 10%: Urea is an organic substance, also known as urea, which occurs naturally in the upper layers of the skin – it is a natural component of the NMF (skin’s natural moisturising factor). Thanks to its keratolytic and exfoliating properties, it loosens and removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface. The 10% concentration is ideal for maximising this skin-renewing effect without damaging or irritating the skin. Furthermore, urea has a moisturising and emollient effect because it binds water molecules, thereby effectively improving skin hydration deep down.
- CERAMIDES: Ceramides are an important component of the skin barrier. More specifically, they are lipid molecules consisting of a fatty acid and sphingosine (a building block of the cell membrane). Ceramides act as the ‘cement’ that holds skin cells together. They build up and restructure the skin barrier.
- ALLANTOIN: Allantoin is a chemical substance that is particularly gentle on the skin, safe and effective, making it ideal for very sensitive skin. Its beneficial effects on the skin include:
- Intensive moisturising effect: Allantoin prevents transepidermal water loss and preserves the skin’s moisture.
- Protective effect: Allantoin softens the skin and protects it from flaking and cracking.
- Wound-healing effect: Allantoin stimulates fibroblasts (cells responsible for collagen production) and improves the formation of the extracellular matrix.

Directions for use
- Apply twice daily to clean, dry heels and massage in thoroughly. Use regularly for 1–2 weeks until cracks, calluses and chapped skin have completely disappeared.
- Notes: Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not apply to broken skin. If, contrary to expectations, you experience any individual hypersensitivity, discontinue use.
